One of the secrets to living long is do not ever think to skip breakfast at all, because it gives you the kick start for day-long activities as being active is the basic rule of staying healthy and long.

 Skipping breakfast has a lot of side effects like weight gain & slow metabolism, which will lead to many health issues, so taking a morning meal is advised by a nutritionist and the world’s oldest people.

There is a long list of the benefits of drinking water on an empty stomach. It will keep you hydrated and flush out all the toxins in the body. It is one of the secrets to a long healthy life.

The most common habit of the world’s oldest living people is that they don’t fill their stomachs with food. They eat up to 80% of their starving. It helps to stay healthy and fit, decreasing the chances of life-threatening diseases like heart attack, blood pressure, diabetes, etc, and increasing the long life expectancy.
