We all do so many things in 24 hrs and have a lot of commitments to meet in a day. But it is also important to take some time for yourself and to treat yourself right and pampered. By doing that, you don’t need to spend hours relaxing and you don’t need to cancel your commitments to follow things that can bring positivism to your life.
Making yourself happy and satisfied is more important than making others happy. And when you are satisfied with your routine, you will automatically love to spend your day and feel fresh even at the last hour of the day. For that, all you have to do is to make a few changes in your life.
All you need is to make a routine and try to add the healthy habits that I am mentioning below in it. Believe me, when you start following them religiously you will feel and see positive changes not only inside of you but also in your surroundings. These habits will improve your mental health as well.

TO-DO LIST
Develop a habit of making a to-do list. Plan your day and divide your target what you have to complete throughout the day. It helps you to make your day much more productive as compared to another one. Also, you can manage your time effectively and efficiently. This habit also reduces stress and motivates you to achieve your maximum goals at the end of the day.
When you start managing time accordingly, you will also get more time to spend with yourself, your family, and your friends. Most importantly, when you analyze your activities at the end of the day, there must be a feeling of accomplishment that you have achieved something, and you will be already motivated for the next day.

EVERYDAY
Develop the habit of reading at least 30 minutes a day. You can read anything; it can be a book, newspaper, magazine, or whatever you like. Reading is like an exercise of the brain, it can help to reduce stress, and can help you to improve your writing and vocabulary as well.
Reading enhances your knowledge about everything, once you develop the habit of regular reading you will notice that your way of seeing and analyzing things are changed completely. You always have something to talk about. You will start growing mentally. Reading also improves your memory, when you read something it will always stay in any corner of your mind, and you can recall it anytime. Once you develop this habit, you will be thankful to yourself for such a healthy practice.
MEDITATION & EXERCISE
We all are going through tough routines and heavy workloads, which sometimes cause depression, stress, and anxiety. Exercise and meditation can help you to get out from all these things. You can start with just 5 minutes of meditation and 15 to 20 minutes for a workout or exercise.
Exercise helps you to stay active and healthy both physically and mentally. Whereas, meditation reduces your stress and plays a part in relaxing your body and mind too.
By practicing this habit, you will feel the positive energy in your soul. Meditation helps you clear your mind from all the negative thoughts and energy. It is a habit that keeps you fit.
BE KIND AND POSITIVE
In today’s world, all we see is negative energy and bad vibes. We cannot change others but can make ourselves better for the world, and can spread good vibes, and positive energy through our actions and words. When there is hate everywhere, we can make ourselves exceptional by spreading love and positive energy.
For this habit, you don’t need to make time for it separately; you can do it all the time. Little steps matter a lot.

- Be kind not only to human beings but also to animals.
